
David E. Erickson – Associate
Mr. Erickson was admitted to the California State Bar in November 1979, after graduation from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law earlier that year where he was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition Team and Honors Board. Prior to law school, he attended the University of California, Davis, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical engineering that he put to use with the IBM Corporation and the U.S. Army prior to attending law school.
Mr. Erickson presently handles all forms of person injury litigation, and has extensive experience with motor vehicle accident cases. In both superior and appellate courts, he has also handled product liability cases, insurance coverage issues, defective construction and other real property cases including landlord-tenant disputes, real estate broker negligence, employment cases, and various forms of business tort litigation, including numerous bench and jury trials. Mr. Erickson has also served as Vice-President and General Counsel to a Sacramento construction firm where he traveled internationally during contract negotiations with private and governmental entities. Mr. Erickson is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.
