Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rolfe worked for some of the most highly respected firms in Northern California. He began his legal career working full time as a law clerk during the day, while attending law school. Prior to his entry into the legal profession, Mr. Rolfe worked for accomplished software development and technology companies.
Mr. Rolfe’s clients benefit from his years of experience and knowledge garnered from hundreds of prior clients and cases representing individuals and businesses from all walks of life. He has represented companies and individuals in complex litigation and high-stakes personal injury claims in matters involving motor vehicle collisions, construction site incidents, toxic exposure, premise liability, landlord/tenant disputes, public entity liability, wrongful death, product liability, malpractice, and other general negligence litigation. He is accomplished in complex law and motion matters at both the trial and appellate court level. His background in technology has been an asset in litigation involving cellphone usage, wireless data, network communications, and other technical software or hardware issues.
Mr. Rolfe received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. Mr. Rolfe graduated from the Lincoln Law School of Sacramento receiving the award for best trial advocacy. Mr. Rolfe is licensed to practice in the State of California and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, Sacramento and Placer County Bar Associations.
